Teaching pedagogy in LSA is child-centric, skill based and cooperative learning orientated. Having to cater to all kinds of learners, hands on activity has been encouraged through the reinforecement areas viz:
Language Acticity Centre (LAC) to enhance linguistic skills
Math Activity Center (MAC) to build mathematic skills
Science Activity Center (SAC) to improve conceptual clarity
Technology Aided Learning (TAL) to keep pace with the changing times
Audio Visual Aids like computers, epidiascope, LCD Projectors, K-Yan, etc.
Broadly speaking our teaching pedagogy cares to grow skills and bring about social development through cooperative learning and the weakest of the weak students are offered remedials by teachers to upgrade their level of learning.
